NextGen CEO Kids Program Contract
Between The Professional CEO Hub and Parent/Guardian
This agreement is made and entered into by The Professional CEO Hub (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”) and the undersigned Parent/Guardian (hereinafter referred to as the “Parent”) for the participation of the child named below in the NextGen CEO Kids Program.
1. Program Overview:
The NextGen CEO Kids Program is designed to teach leadership, communication, and confidence-building skills taking like CEOs for children aged 8 to 13 years. The program will continue for a duration of six months, with the primary mode of teaching being online, except for in-person conferences and events that provide practical experiences and encouragement for children.
2. Consent for Participation:
By signing this agreement, the Parent grants permission for their child to participate in all activities related to the NextGen CEO Kids Program, including online workshops, conferences, and leadership training events, with in-person attendance required for practical conferences and events.
3. Transportation Consent:
The Parent grants permission for the Organization to:
- Arrange and provide transportation for their child to attend conferences, events, and off-site activities as part of the program.
- Ensure all transportation will be conducted safely and by licensed service providers.
- The Organization will not be held liable for delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control during transportation.
4. Code of Conduct:
- The Parent agrees to ensure their child:
- Attends all scheduled activities and events.
- Respects instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
- Follows all safety and program guidelines.
- The Organization reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program due to disruptive behavior without refund.
5. Liability Waiver:
The Parent acknowledges and agrees that:
- Participation in the program involves physical, educational, and interactive activities that are generally safe but carry minimal risks.
- The Organization and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property occurring during the program.
6. Emergency Medical Authorization:
The Parent authorizes The Professional CEO Hub staff to seek necessary medical care for their
child in case of an emergency and agrees to bear any medical expenses incurred.
7. Media Release Consent:
The Parent hereby grants permission to The Professional CEO Hub to:
- Record, film, photograph, and capture their child’s participation during the program.
- Use these recordings and images for promotional purposes on social media platforms, websites, television broadcasts, and printed materials.
- Release of media content will not include any personal identification other than the child’s first.
- The Parent understands that no compensation will be provided for the use of their child's images or recordings and that all media rights will belong to The Professional CEO Hub.
8. Payment and Refund Policy:
- Program fees are due upon registration.
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or withdrawal after the start of the program.
9. Confidentiality:
The Organization will maintain confidentiality of all personal information provided and will use it only for program-related purposes.
10. Parent Responsibilities:
- Ensure their child attends all scheduled online and in-person sessions punctually.
- Encourage their child to actively participate in the program activities.
- Provide up-to-date emergency contact information.
- Ensure timely payment of program fees.
- Support the child’s adherence to the program’s Code of Conduct.
11. Organization Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality online and in-person training for leadership, communication, and confidence-building and talking like CEOs.
- Providing certification to those who successfully complete the course
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Organize and facilitate conferences, events, and practical leadership experiences.
- Ensure qualified trainers and mentors lead the program.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding program updates and child progress.
12. Agreement Duration:
This contract remains effective from the date of signing until the completion of the six-month program.
